OUR CONCRETE CLEANING IS HARD TO BEAT
Regular care from ServiceNational will help deal with any soil or oily grime that may have worked its way into your concrete. As part of our process, we dry mop to remove soil and grit before mopping with a neutral cleaner. This solution adds a dirt-resistant film for extra protection. Buffing is not usually required.
Ask your concrete supplier for any special cleaners, conditioners, or sealers they recommend to treat your particular installation. Sealing your concrete makes the cleaning process much easier.
For general cleaning, we use water and scrub with a soft, non-metallic brush. We will use water with a mild soap to remove stubborn stains only if required.
If a sealer has been previously applied, the surface may only need a light, general cleaning. However, if the concrete has ground-in dirt or grime, as is common in high traffic areas, we will remove stains prior to re-sealing.
